Ronald Ruel is a raptoran. They're not all too commonly seen in the world, much less on an island. But this raptoran ranger came into the town of Dagat from the elven land of the island of Bunawan. His large wings were quite noticeable among the villagers and he attracted many gazes. Ronald took no notice and met up with some adventurers.
